The date of meeting of the Board to consider and approve Un audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31 December, 2022, will be intimated separately. Accordingly, all the connected persons/ designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
