The date of Board Meeting to consider and take on record the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31st, 2022 will be intimated separately. Accordingly, the designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
