One 97 Communications (Paytm) has reported 330% growth on year on year (y-o-y) basis in loan disbursements at Rs 3,665 crore and it disbursed 3.7 million loans (y-o-y growth of 117%) during the month of December 2022.
The company’s average MTU (monthly transacting users) was up 32% from 64 million for the quarter ended December 2021 to 85 million for the quarter ended December 2022. Its merchant payment volumes (GMV) for the quarter ended December 2022 stood at Rs 3.46 lakh crore ($42 billion), y-o-y growth of 38%.
