Cholamandalam Investment And Finance Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 31st January, 2023 to consider the following: Payment of an interim dividend for the financial year ending 31st March, 2023 on the outstanding equity shares of the Company; and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022. The Company will publish and submit the unaudited financial results as required under Reg.33 of the Regulations. The 'Trading window' of the Company is closed for 'Designated Persons' of the Company from 1st January, 2023 till 2nd February, 2023 in connection with the above impending publication of unaudited financial results.
