Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Aditya Birla Capital has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 2 February 2023, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2022.
