Arunis Abode has informed that it enclosed a Certificate pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022, received from Link Intime India, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company, confirming that the securities received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the depositories have been substituted in the Register of Members as the registered owner within the prescribed timelines and confirmed that the securities comprised in the said certificates have been listed on the Stock Exchange, where the earlier issued securities are listed.
