Gold futures traded higher in early deals on Monday, as the dollar dwindled making the green back denominated bullion cheaper for other currency holders. The most-active yellow metal contract had reached a ‘golden cross’, above benchmark $1900 on Friday, and posted 2.9% weekly gain.
Spot gold up by 0.29% or $5.60 to $1,925.83 per ounce.
