PNB Housing Finance is planning to raise up to Rs 2000 crore through issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on Private Placement Basis in one or more tranches. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 24, 2023 to consider and approve the same.
PNB Housing Finance is a registered housing finance company with National Housing Bank (NHB). They provide housing loans to individuals and corporate bodies for construction, purchase, repair and up-gradation of houses.
