With reference to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 which enhanced the disclosure requirement with effect from January 08, 2021 for companies under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (‘CIRP’). In continuation of earlier intimations with respect to hearing dates; Prabhat Technologies (India) has informed that company had hearing before the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench for approval of application for the Resolution Plan of the LA 68/2021 on Thursday, January 12, 2023 and the same had been adjourned and now it is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2023. The company will intimate the status of the same post hearing with NCLT.
