In terms of the provisions of Regulation 29 of Listing Regulations, Hind Aluminium Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 14th February, 2023, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022. As informed by its communication dated 29th December, 2022 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from 1st January, 2023 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results up to 16th February, 2023.
