Based on the Scrutinizer’s Report, it has enclosed that the Ordinary Resolutions mentioned in the Postal Ballot Notice dated 5th December, 2022 has been passed by the Members of the Company with requisite majority on 14th January, 2023 i.e. the last date of E-voting and receipt of Postal Ballot Forms.
