Ladam Affordable Housing has informed that Yamini Sejpal (DIN:08259325), an Independent Director of the Company, has resigned due to her health issues, effective from 28th February, 2022. (enclosed as Annexure A). Further, The Company has intimated to Stock Exchange Notice of Resignation dated 28/02/2022 of Yamini Sejpal (DIN:08259325), from the Position of Independent Director of the Company. However, in the hurry of meeting the timelines of disclosure, inadvertently and without any malafide intention, the Company missed to disclose the details of resignation of Yamini Sejpal, Independent Director in the format prescribed as per Regulation 30(6) read with schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations. Further, as per the requirement of Regulation 30 read with Schedule IIl, Para A, Clause (7B) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has confirmed from Yamini Sejpal (DIN:08259325) regarding there being no material reasons, other than those mentioned by her in the resignation letter as an Independent Director from the Board of Directors of the Company including the Committees thereof. The details required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure-B.
