Shree Cement has informed that pursuant to the Finance Act, 2020, with effect from 1st April, 2020, dividend income is taxable in the hands of the Shareholders. In view of the same, the Company has enclosed an email communication which has been sent to all Shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the Company/ Depositories.
