Centum Electronics has informed that, Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, KFIN Technologies, Registrar and Transfer Agents of the Company has received the intimation for loss of Share Certificates and request for issuance of duplicate Share Certificates from the Shareholder of the Company, as per the details are enclosed. The company has enclosed copy of the proof of the date of receipt of information as acknowledged by its Registrar and Transfer Agent for the same. The company will issue the duplicate Share Certificate only after the necessary formalities are carried out by the respective Shareholder.
