Pharmaids Pharmaceuticals has signed Investment Agreement with Anugraha Chemicals (the Firm) and their partners as on January 25, 2023 in connection with the acquisition of 51% stake in the Firm in one or more tranches.
The company in order to expand its business and to support Anugraha Chemicals (the Firm), have agreed to acquire 51% stake in the Firm in one or more tranches. This will help company to achieve its objective of GMP Manufacturing on the other hand it will help the Firm to reach out the larger market and acquire large customer base.
Pharmaids Pharmaceuticals is engaged in the business of trading and manufacturing of generics, bulk drugs and intermediaries etc.
