The India Cements informs about board meetings

The India Cements has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Friday, the 3rd February 2023, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results (subjected to a ‘limited review’ by the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2022. The Audit Committee of the Board will review the said financial results at its meeting to be held on Thursday, the 2nd February 2023. The company shall electronically file, after approval by its Board, a certified copy of the aforesaid unaudited financial results along with Limited Review Report of its Joint Statutory Auditors on the portal in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The financial results will be published in English and Tamil dailies on 4th February 2023. In continuation to its letter dated 28.12.2022, it has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January 2023 to 5th February 2023.
