Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Honda India Power Products has informed that the Company has issued Consolidated Duplicate Share Certificate, as per details (enclosed), in lieu of the Original Share Certificate reported to be lost/ misplaced by the Shareholder. The aforesaid Duplicate Share Certificate has been issued on receipt of proper documentation from the Shareholder and pursuant to the approval accorded by the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of the Company on January 28, 2023.
