In continuation to the letter dated December 30, 2022, regarding the closure of Trading Window from January 1, 2023 till 48 hours after public announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2022, that the Trading Window will remain closed till February 11, 2023.
