Century Plyboards (India) has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at the Company’s MDF Plant at Village Daulowal, PO Bhikhowal Dasua Road, Hoshiarpur-144208 on Tuesday, 7th February, 2023 at 12:30 pm to consider the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022. Further, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company has already been closed with effect from 1st January, 2023 and will be reopened on 9th February, 2023, after expiry of 48 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges on 7th February, 2023.
