Piramal Enterprises has raised Rs 500 crore through the allotment of 5,000 Secured, Rated, Unlisted, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) each having a face value of Rs 10,00,000, on private placement basis. The Administrative Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at the Meeting held on January 31, 2023, has approved allotment of the same.
