India Cements Capital has informed that the unaudited (standalone and consolidated) financial results, subjected to a 'Limited audit review' by its Company's auditors for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2022 were reviewed by the Audit committee of its Board and approved by its Board of Directors at their meetings held today, the 1st February 2023. It is electronically filling a certified copy of the unaudited financial results along with Limited Review Reports with the Stock Exchange in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Financial results will be published in English and Tamil dailies on 02.02.2023. The Meeting commenced at 10.15 AM and concluded at 11.10 AM.
