Forgings has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI LODR, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 13 February 2023, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31 December 2022; and any other matter as may be specified in the agenda. This is for the information of all specified persons that Trading Window is closed from 31 December 2022 to 15 February 2023 for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31 December 2022, for the Board Meeting to be convened on 13 February 2023. Thus, specified persons are prohibited from trading in the Company’s equity shares during the said period. The intimation has already been made by the Company on 27 December 2022.
