Avonmore Capital & Management Services has signed Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with its subsidiary Company i.e. Almondz Global Securities (AGSL) on January 31, 2023 in connection with its proposed acquisition of 100% stake in Almondz Finanz (AFL) a, wholly owned subsidiary of Almondz Global Securities subject to the prior approval of Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
Avonmore Capital & Management Services is registered with the Reserve Bank of India to carry on the Business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution without accepting public deposits and presently, the company is involved in NBFC activities and sub-broker advisory services.
