Vodafone Idea has informed that the Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM') of the members of the Company will be held on Saturday, 25th February, 2023 at 4:00 PM (IST) through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM) in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India, to seek the approval of the members on the proposal as provided in the enclosed Notice of the EGM. A copy of the Notice of the EGM is also being uploaded on the website of the Company, www.myvi.in.
