In terms of the Clause 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Globus Spirits has informed that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been postponed and will now be held on Tuesday, the 14th February, 2023, to consider and take on record the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the 3rd Quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2022. In this connection the Trading Window of the company, which is already closed since 31st December 2022 shall remain closed for the Directors and Senior employees of the company till 16th February 2023 and it shall open from 17th February 2023 pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
