In continuation to announcement dated May 20, 2022 informing change in Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company from Link Intime (India) ('old RTA') to NSDL Database Management ('new RTA') and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), Welspun Investments and Commercials has informed that the Company is in receipt of letters from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) informing that the electronic connectivity of the company has been shifted from the old RTA to the new RTA. The above on record and that the same be treated as compliance under the applicable regulation(s) under the SEBI Listing Regulations.
