With reference to the earlier communication dated 23rd January, 2023 regarding meeting of Board of Directors of the Company which was to be held on 3rd February, 2023 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022. In this connection, PTC India Financial Services has informed that, the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022, are under review by the Audit Committee (the meeting of which was scheduled prior to the Board Meeting). Accordingly, the Board Meeting, which was to be held on 3rd February, 2023, is now rescheduled on 4th February, 2023 to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022.
