Rattanindia Enterprises has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, February 10, 2023 to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022. The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company closed earlier, in compliance with the requirements of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, shall in continuation of the aforesaid compliance, remain closed until 48 hours from the dissemination of the financial results to the Exchanges.
