Srei Infrastructure Finance has informed the 35th meeting of the Consolidated Committee of Creditors of Srei Infrastructure Finance (the company) and Srei Equipment Finance was duly convened and conducted on Saturday, February 04, 2023 from 3:30 pm onwards. The meeting was held virtually. At the aforesaid meeting, the Consolidated Committee of Creditors discussed the way forward in the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of SIFL and SEFL.
