In continuation of letter dated January 16, 2023 and pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals has informed that it enclosed: Unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022; and Copies of the Limited Review Reports as submitted by the Auditors of the Company on standalone and consolidated Financial Results. Further, in continuation to letter dated February 6, 2023, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 7, 2023, declared an interim dividend of Rs 4.50 (45%) per equity share of Rs 10 each of the Company. The interim dividend shall be paid/ dispatched on or before March 7, 2023. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 1230 hours IST and concluded at 1356 hours IST on February 7, 2023.
