Marg Techno Projects has informed that as per Marg Techno-Projects - Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders' (hereinafter referred to as the 'Code of Conduct'), the trading window of the Company will be closed from 12th Dec, 2023 until 48 hours from the date of Board Meeting Dt. 14th Feb, 2023. The details of the date of Board meeting and opening of the trading window have been already notified. The same is being informed to the Designated Persons in accordance with the Code of Conduct.
