Life Insurance Corporation of India reports many fold jump in Q3 consolidated net profit

Life Insurance Corporation of India has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2022 (Q3FY23).

The company has reported many fold jump in its net profit at Rs 8,334.20 crore for Q3FY23 as compared to Rs 234.91 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 12.40% at Rs 1,95,890.70 crore for the quarter under review as compared Rs 1,74,282.54 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported many fold jump in its net profit at Rs 8,348.71 crore for Q3FY23 as compared to Rs 211.30 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 12.97% to Rs 1,97,663.01 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1,74,972.74 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.
