Network 18 Media & Investments has received an approval to evaluate opportunities and sell/divest its undertaking comprising of Business Directories viz. ‘Yellow Pages’ and ‘ASK Me’. The board of company at its meeting held on February 21, 2013 has approved for the same. The above divestment is in line with the company’s stated objective of monetizing non-core assets profitably.
Accordingly, as required under Companies Act, 1956, the board of directors of the company will seek the approval of the members for aforesaid divestment by way of a postal ballot.
