The FIIs as per Friday’s data were net buyers in equities and debt segments both, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 4469.90 crore against gross sell of Rs 3315.00 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1154.90 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 2129.70 crore with gross sales of Rs 1048.70 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1081.00 crore in debt.
