Credit rating agency, CARE has reaffirmed ‘A1+’ rating to Cox & Kings’ Short Term Commercial Paper (CP). Instruments with this rating indicate very strong degree of safety regarding timely payment of financial obligations and carry lowest credit risk.
The rating agency has also removed the ‘Credit Watch’ from the long term rating of the company and has also revised the long term rating of the company to 'AA-' from the existing rating 'AA’. Instruments with this rating indicate high safety for timely servicing of debt obligations and carry very low credit risk.
Further, the rating agency has reaffirmed 'A1+' rating to short term bank facilities of the company and has also revised the long term bank facilities rating to ‘AA -’ from the existing rating ‘AA’.
