Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulation), NIBE has informed that the Company has received three purchase orders from Dymac Global for manufacturing of Fuel storage tanks for a total consideration of $3,72,861 (inclusive of all taxes and duties).
