Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part-A of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and its letter dated 12.02.2023. Rolta India has informed that the 1st Meeting of Creditors (CoC) was held on 17th February 2023 to take note of the activities undertaken by Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) relating to Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of the Corporate Debtor. After deliberations the items relating to appointment of Resolution Professionals (RP) & approval of CIRP cost including the cost towards the appointment of other professionals in the CIRP of the corporate debtor will be put up for e-voting from Monday 20th February, 2023 onwards for the CoC members and the outcome of the such e-voting shall be informed to the Stock Exchanges on its conclusion.
