Reliance Capital has informed that Reserve Bank of India (RBI), vide its press release dated December 07, 2021, had constituted an Advisory Committee under Rule 5 (c) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Insolvency and Liquidation Proceedings of Financial Service Providers and Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2019, to advise the Administrator in the operations of the financial service providers during the corporate insolvency resolution process. The company has enclosed the RBI press release 2022-2023/1744 dated February 17, 2023, intimating the re-constitution of the Advisory Committee.
