Blue Star has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary Company named ‘Blue Star Innovation Japan’, in Japan. Cost of acquisition is upto Japanese Yen 40 million. Blue Star Innovation Japan is incorporated in Japan and is yet to commence its operations.
