Shreyas Shipping & Logistics has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on February 20, 2023 for acquisition of one container vessel of 2553 TEU (33704 DWT).
Earlier, the company had signed a MOA on February 14, 2023. The MOA is for acquisition of one container vessel of 2872 TEU (35538 DWT).
Shreyas Shipping & Logistics, a Transworld Group of company, was incorporated in the year 1988 as a private limited company primarily to own and operate vessels for feedering of containers between Indian ports and internationally renowned container transshipment ports.
