Basf India has informed that the Company has received approval from BSE and National Stock Exchange of India on 22nd February 2023 for reclassification of its Promoter Group, removal of the name of BASF Construction Solutions GmbH holding NIL shares from the list of Promoter Group Shareholders, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The copies of the approval letters received from both the above mentioned stock exchanges are attached.
