Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, Maharashtra Scooters has informed that the Company has received Intimation on 23 February 2023, from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent - KFin Technologies for loss of shares / issue of duplicate share certificate for the shareholder. The Company will issue the letter of confirmations in lieu of original share certificates as required by SEBI vide its circular dated 25 January 2022.
