The FIIs as per Tuesday’s data were net buyers in equities and debt segments both, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 2537.00 crore against gross sell of Rs 2271.00 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 266.00 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 790.70 crore with gross sales of Rs 591.60 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 199.10 crore in debt.
