In this regard, it has enclosed disclosure as Annexure I pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular dated 9th September, 2015 with regard to continuous disclosure requirements for Listed Entities under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
