Bloom Dekor has informed that the Company has issued duplicate share certificate to a shareholder consequent to loss of share certificate being reported by shareholder. In accordance with Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it attached the details regarding the issue of duplicate share certificate. Pursuant to SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company shall issue a Letter of confirmation to the mentioned shareholder with the details of duplicate share certificate issued.
