Poonawalla Fincorp has raised Rs 100 crore through allotment of 10,000 Senior, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Floating rate, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1 lakh each through private placement. The Finance Committee, as authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 27, 2023 has approved the same.
