Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has diluted its shareholding in PI Industries. The Corporation’s shareholding in PI Industries has diluted from 76,40,976 to 45,95,099 Equity Shares decreasing its shareholding from 5.036% to 3.028% of the paid-up capital of the said Company. There is a decrease of 2% in holding during the period from January 10, 2022 to February 27, 2023.
