Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company at their meeting held on 01st March, 2023 has discussed that 1,01,000 stock options granted to him still unvested and stand cancelled. Further, the outstanding Options as on date total up to 3,12,000 options under ‘Pragati Ki Aur’ Employee Stock Option Plan 2022.
