Century Plyboards (India) has completed disposal and transfer of its entire stake in Centuryply Myanmar (CPML) - nonmaterial subsidiary of the company on March 01, 2023. Consequently, CPML remains a subsidiary of the Company till February 28, 2023. Earlier, the company had received approval from board of directors to transfer stake in CPML.
