Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Chembond Chemicals has informed that Rajkumar Balbir from Ludana, PilluKhera, Jind, Haryana has lodged F.I.R. bearing no. 0004 dated 04.01.2023 with police station Pillu Khera District Jind Haryana (intimation received by the company on 28.02.2023) against one of its Distributors in Haryana and Sameer Shah (Chairman & Managing Director) of the Company with respect to alleged inferior quality of material supply, cheating and breach of trust. The Company strongly denies and disputes the claims made against it and is taking the necessary legal steps in the matter.
